Return & Refund Policy

1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
2. Returns or exchange accepted for 35 days from delivery date.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
4. The bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Address
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at service@modeshe.com. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address.

Return & Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. It must contact us within 3 days of delivery if you need to return or exchange. Return & Exchange accepted for 35 days from delivery date.

Return Shipping Fee
Customer responsibile return shipping if customer remorse. Such as customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item. Unless there was an error or defective products on modeshe's part,Such as incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
